Children’s Music Programs

Choristers

Becoming one in song and spirit, Choristers membership is open to all 3rd through 8th graders.  Choristers rehearse September through May, meeting weekly on Wednesdays 5pm-6pm, followed by a light dinner & social component 6pm-7pm. Choristers are trained in effective, inspiring music making and sing anthems and motets every 5 or 6 weeks at the 11a.m. worship service.

Christmas Eve Children’s Choir

Does your child like to make a joyful noise? Would she/he like to get to know other children in our parish? All 1st through 8th graders are invited to participate in the Christmas Eve Children’s Choir. This seasonal choir meets Sunday afternoons mid November through Christmas Eve and is an excellent opportunity to experience the joy of singing in a fun, friendly and safe environment.

Vacation Bible Camp Music

Children entering Kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to attend Vacation Bible Camp each summer. The children receive a music CD when they register for VBC and our opening and closing chapels each day include songs and motions that tie in with our stories for each day. VBC 2011 will be June 13th through 17th. Registration will begin in March 2011.
