Worship happens when we gather together to lift up our hearts to the Lord. We believe God created us to worship and that worship makes us more fully human.

7:45AM | Rite I Eucharist
The silence and piano accompaniment give the early service a more contemplative feel. This is a more intimate gathering to begin your morning. The service runs about 40-45 minutes.

9:00AM | Rite II Eucharist
Blends contemporary music and traditional hymnody. The service is child-friendly. The nursery is open for kiddos three years old and younger. A Children’s Chapel is offered at the beginning of the service for kids pre-K through 3rd grade. The service runs 45-50 minutes.

11:00AM | Rite II Eucharist
The most “traditional” of our morning worship offerings. We have a full choir and organ. The nursery is open for kiddos three years old and younger. A Children’s Chapel is offered at the beginning of the service for kids pre-K through 3rd grade. The service runs 60 minutes.

5:00PM | The Table, A Contemplative Eucharist
A new worship offering, the Table is an informal and contemplative experience of the Eucharist. Be welcome to be here as you are, where you are, in an intimate, sacred space. Musician Iain Sturrock provides traditional music with a contemporary sound. The service runs 30 minutes.

Every Sunday from 10:00 – 10:50AM

We understand that many families can only give us one hour on a Sunday morning, and when that is the case, we wholeheartedly advocate that you spend that hour worshipping together as a family. However, we do offer Sunday school for people of all ages on most Sunday mornings from 10:10-10:50am. The first Sunday of each month, all are invited to the parish hall at this hour for Taco Sunday. Scroll down for our ministry offerings specifically for families, kids, and teens.

family ministry

In Holy Baptism, God seals us with the Holy Spirit and marks us as Christ’s own forever. We are family because God has deemed it so. Brothers and sisters in Christ are not bound by blood, politics, sexuality, theology, economic class, race, shared virtue, education, or age. At St. Michael’s, we want to learn to love strangers like family.

Family Ministry exists to foster these connections with regular, thoughtful worship opportunities on Sunday mornings designed for kids, and with events for families to connect to our whole church family. If you have any questions, or would like to be added to our email list, please contact Lizzie McManus, our Family Minister.

the gathering room

Built into our sanctuary is a window-paneled room stocked with worship activities, toys for kids, comfy couches, and coffee for parents. In the Gathering Room, you can hear us, but we can’t hear you. This makes it a perfect getaway for parents who want to listen to the sermon and let their little ones get their wiggles out at the same time. Parents in the Gathering Room are still encouraged to receive Communion with their kids.

Children’s chapel

Our children begin worship with their families. After the opening hymn, kids in 3rd grade and below are invited to join us in Children’s Chapel where they will sing songs, say prayers, and hear Bible texts. Children’s Chapel is age appropriate, accessible and playful for children. Kids rejoin big church before the Eucharist.

student ministry

St. Michael’s Student Ministry exists to help our students grow and develop in their faith. We see this happen through connection: connecting students to God, to their peers, and to the church. Whether we’re doing Bible study, outreach, playing games, or watching movies, the focus is always on community. If you have any questions, or if you’d like to be added to our email list, contact Luis Rivas, our Student Minister.
