Melissa Agnese serves as Social Media Manager at St. Michael's, sharing our parish life with the people who fill our pews as well as those who haven’t found us yet.

She grew up in San Diego and graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003. After practicing law, she turned to communications, serving as Communications Director and Social Media Manager for the Eanes Education Foundation. She now runs her own social media strategy firm, MCA Social Studio.

Since 2019, Melissa, her husband, and their two teenagers have called St. Michael's home, where both kids have thrived in the youth group. She has served on the Vestry and the Stewardship Committee; she’s also a founding member of the Austin West chapter of the Young Men's Service League. In her spare time, she reads, travels, and holds strong opinions about the British royal family.
