THE REV. ELIZABETH TURNER

The Rev. Elizabeth Zarelli Turner grew up in the Pacific Northwest and got her B.A. in English and Biblical Studies from Seattle Pacific University. In 1978 she graduated from Yale Divinity School with a M.A.R. and in 1984 she received her M.Div. from the General Theological Seminary in NYC. She was ordained Priest in 1985. She has served in various ministries in Cincinnati, NYC, New Haven, and Austin.
She and her husband Philip have one daughter, Elisa, and Philip has 3 children from his first marriage. Elizabeth retired in 2017 after having served at St. Mark's for 18 years (as Rector for 9 years).She and Philip are thankful to have found a church home and family at St. Michael's.
